Firestick and Android TV

Windows and Mac

1. Install a trusted IPTV player compatible with your operating system.
2. Add your credentials exactly as sent by support.
3. Use a stable wired or high quality WiFi connection when possible.

Troubleshooting

• Restart your router and device if categories fail to load.
• Use at least 25 Mbps internet for stable HD and 4K playback.
• Test another compatible player if your first app performs poorly.
